Busy Busy Day

Lord,
I am always so busy,
I always have so much to do,
In the midst of the hussle and bussle,
I sometimes forget about you,
I forget about my family,
I forget to check on my friends,
I don't have time to care at all,
Before my day ends,

But the truth is i want to remember,
You and those I hold dear,
I want them to know that they matter to me,
I want them to know I'm still here.

Help me as I continue,
to carry on in my own way,
Help me to find time to be there
for those who need me today.

Demanded and Feeling Stressed

Lord, there are so many things in life pulling me in every direction,
I do not know which way to go, for the way I am being pulled is not my own.
Help me to release these things that hold me down and drag me from my path.
Keep me strong, keep me focussed and let me be filled with you.
